Tara uses these details to respond to your inquiry, understand your needs, and keep track of your consultation. Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Where it is stored

Inquiry information is stored with Cloudflare and is accessible through a private office. Only the authorized Equus account can view the inquiry records. Website security services may process basic connection information to prevent abuse.

Cookies and email

The public site does not use advertising cookies. The private office uses a secure session cookie for sign-in. If Tara requests a password reset, an email delivery provider processes the reset email.

Your choices

You can ask Tara to correct or remove your inquiry information by emailing tarahooven@equushospitalityconsulting.com. Please avoid including confidential guest records, payment information, or sensitive staff details in the inquiry form.
